The ideal way is to physically measure with a tape measure; keep framing in mind around the print. The most popular sizes in South Africa are poster sizes such as A3 to A0 - product dependant. Using a tape measure is clearly the ideal measurement tool.

There is a home hack to visualise and measure:

1. Get one or two A1 pieces of cardboards
   • Half an A1 is an A2
   • Half an A2 is an A3
   • A4 is exam pad size
   • Two A1 carboards make an A0
2.  An A1 is similar to 60x90cm piece.

Art is digitally manufactured on Art Paper or Canvas. Listed art may vary due to the availability of the product. Art may vary slightly in colour.

Our reliable shipping partner, Courier Guy, adjusts their prices only under extreme circumstances, yet they remain reasonable. The cost will be displayed at checkout, from (suburb a) to (suburb b). 

A security code will be send to the customer via WhatsApp or SMS on the day of delivery, which will be required on arrival.

Once you're ready to check out, you order, you'll be given the choice to pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or via Payfast - secure payment gateway. The order will then be processed once we the payment reflects in our bank account. Bank details will be available on the EFT option.

Unless otherwise specified, our paper products are printed on 250g Fine Art Paper using state-of-the-art Epson inks. Our canvas products are made from high-quality 270g poly-cotton with a satin finish. If displayed without glass, the canvases are water-resistant and easy to care for, as they can be easily cleaned. Canvas and Art Prints wall art can last many years due to their quality.

Place the art in an area that doesn’t get direct sunlight during the day as this will cause any item, whether art or other, to fade over time. 

Exposed canvases i.e. no glass should be lightly dusted regularly to retain it’s beauty and avoid being damaged by dust particles. Glass on art must be cleaned with glass cleaner, using a micrifibre cloth, and steadying the art to retain it's position and strength.

Requirements need to be defined clearly to save your time and ours. This could include genre, colour palette, era, icons, wording and the statement that you want to make. We've succeeded in finding 93% of requests..

We enlist a trusted shipping company, to quote ship with the following metrics: the country, product size, product weight, export duties and VAT, and customs at the final destination of possible. These fees will be in addition to the purchase price.

Our products aren't insured in transit. We follow a quality process before dispatching your wall art to ensure the highest quality. If, however, there's product damage or you're unsatisfied with the product, please send us pics and note what the issue is, in order for us to come to fair resolution. If it so happens that the products are required to be sent back, the onus on the customer to return it at their cost, packaged properly to avoid damage.

Curatr doesn't offer refunds but will supply a voucher to the value of the product purchased, less the courier fee borne on us. The voucher will be applicable for 3 (three) years. 

In exceptional circumstances, Curatr may decide to refund the customer based solely one  the discretion on a one-by-one case. This will be done via the same payment method used, less the courier fees.
