Refund and Returns Policy

Our products aren’t insured during transit, but we follow a thorough quality process before dispatch to ensure your product has no defects and is is packaged properly.  If the product arrives and is damaged, please send us photos along with a description of the issue so we can contact our courier where necessary. If you’re dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us. Curatr reserves the right to replace the product or provide a voucher to the value at our discretion. Should the product be returned, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and ensuring the product is properly packaged to avoid damage.

We commit to make a fair and ethical decision, yet we reserve our rights as above.

Curatr does not offer refunds but will provide a voucher for the value of the product purchased, minus the courier fee paid by Curatr. The voucher will be valid for three (3) years.

In exceptional cases, Curatr may offer a refund at our discretion, based on a case-by-case evaluation. If a refund is granted, it will be issued via the original payment method, minus the courier fees.
