Backorder means that the stock isn’t immediately available but will be ordered on confirmation of a customer order and payment. Delivery will take approximately 10-14 days.

Canvases and Art Prints listed on our website are sent out rolled up with suitable packaging in a poster tube. This allows you to take your piece to a framer and select your most suitable option to fit your style and interior décor. Curatr does offer framing at an additional cost however this is limited to the Johannesburg area only.

Absolutely you can. You can give us an idea of what type of frame you’d like or how you’d like it custom-framed and we can give you a quote. Example images would be ideal. Once you have placed your online order, you can either pay via EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) or via a secure payment gateway online, Payfast. Should you pay via EFT, the bank details will be emailed to you once you complete the order. The order will then be processed once we receive your proof of payment.

Curatr will waive the delivery charge for orders over R1250 to all main centres / cities. Framed art will carry a delivery charge. Deliveries within the greater Johannesburg area are charged at R98 incl VAT. Other deliveries to main centres / cities are charged at R138 incl VAT. An additional surcharge of R288 incl VAT is applicable for select towns that are extremely outlying.

Believe it or not, each and every product is quality checked before it’s boxed and shipped. We do everything in our power to ensure that you receive your exquisite product intact. If however something has been damaged in transit, please email hello@curatr.co.za within 5 (five) working days of receipt and we’ll replace the product free of charge.

If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product within 5 (five) days of receipt, we’re happy to provide you with a credit or we’ll refund you the product price* less the courier fee if applicable which cannot be refunded or credited. Returns sent back to Curatr for need to be paid for by the customer and packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Refunds may take a few days to process, dependent on how you paid. *Products that have been used and/or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
