Terms and Conditions



Shipping for orders over R1250 to main centers is on us, except for framed art which carries a nominal fee.

We’re always excited to get your order to you. Orders where stock is available will be packed and shipped within 2-4 working days (Greater Johannesburg area) and 3-5 working  days anywhere else in SA main centres after receipt of payment. Should there be any delay with your order, we will surely notify you.

Framed Art will add on an additional 7 days for production.


If you aren’t completely satisfied with your product within 5 (five) days of receipt, we’re happy to provide you with a credit or we’ll refund you the product price* less the courier fee if applicable which cannot be refunded or credited.

Returns sent back to Curatr for need to be paid for by the customer and packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit. Refunds may take a few days to process, dependent on how you paid.

*Products that have been used and/or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.

Sale items cannot be returned.

Framed art is produced on an order basis and therefore cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Damage in Transit

Each and every product is quality checked before it’s boxed and shipped. We do everything in our power to ensure that you receive your exquisite product intact. If however something has been damaged in transit, please email hello@curatr.co.za within 5 (five) working days of receipt and we’ll replace the product free of charge.

We’re reasonable and that’s all we ask in return!
